We are situated in the Wesbank CBD where we can reach and service our Western

Cape clients with ease. With our operational teams we are able to service other

regions such as Eastern Cape, Northern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng,

Mpumalanga, North West, Limpopo, Free State and other parts of South Africa.

6. COMPETITION AND MARKETING STRATEGY

The choice between two different service providers is an indicative of the presence

of competition in the market. We set a Marketing Research Strategic Plan and

Quality Analyst Plan to identify our expectations from our prospective clients and be

compatible enough in our services.

The most important element of general competition, by far, is what it takes to keep

clients for repeat business. It is worth making huge concessions in any single project

to maintain a client relationship that brings the client back for future projects.

7. MANAGEMENT STRUCTURES

777 Logistics and Projects cc has a flat management structure, cutting overheads and

most importantly ensures personal involvement by management in the day to day

activities on client sites. The corporation is under the leadership of competent

management with many years of experience in these aspects of industries which will

guide growth to even greater heights.

8. SERVICE DELIVERY

The following are some of the standards we use to help ensure that we provide total

client satisfaction:

· We will provide written quotations within 48 hours

· We will provide the labour component on the agreed state date

· All labour provided would comply with all client requirements as agreed to.

· Records of proof will be provided on request.

· We will liaise with the designated client representative daily to ensure continued

service excellence for the duration of the contract

· We will guarantee access to senior management 24 hours per day.

· We will always act with the highest integrity.

9. QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

We have identified service delivery as our differentiation in a very homogenous

market place. Management past experience in implementing a quality management

system in a relative short period of time makes us quietly confident of achieving all

our goals.

The implication of the above is that all operational procedures are documented in a

site instruction and agreed to between the client and us prior to entering into a

service agreement. The services are rendered and evaluated in accordance with the

site instruction and areas of improvement are identified and subsequently corrected.

Formal management meeting are held weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending on

the client requirements.

Detailed minutes are kept of these meeting and acted upon. Comprehensive

management reports are also compiled on a monthly basis and distributed to our

clients, allowing them to make informed decision as far as our service are concerned.

10. RECRUITMENT AND SCREENING PROCEDURES

All staff employed by 777 Logistics and Projects cc are screened and employed on

specific regulations and qualifying criteria. The reason for the above is to ensure

continued service delivery during the period of industrial unrest and to client’s

specific labour requirements.

Our business philosophy is based on the premise that our most significant asset is a

structure that adds value through outcome-based solutions. It is an idea that has

brought together a team of professionals who are driven to think beyond the

obvious. The professionalism and hard work of every team member puts us ahead of

To ensure superior service levels to our clients all staff will comply with the following

requirements:

· A minimum of Grade 10 secondary education

· Formal structure interview

· Psychometrically screening for suitability in a service environment.

· Basic First Aid module 1,2 and 3

· Minimum of 2 to 3 years in Logistics Industry

· PA Experience

11. TRAINING STANDARDS

All staff will comply with our maximum training standards as agreed with 777

Logistics and Projects cc and the client as well as statutory requirements specific to

their industry. Where specialized training is required 777 Logistics and Projects cc

will provide this through a recognized training institution in accordance with the

SAQCC and the SABS 1475 PART 1 and 2. Records of proof will be provided on

request.

12. STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS

All staff and company complies with all statutory requirements of our specific

industry:

· SARS (PAYE, SDL, UIF)

· SAQCC

· VAT

· COID
